Online Courses

Under this refund policy and under the guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. Please note that the right to cancel will not apply after we issued your login detail for online study platform before we receive your cancellation request to us. If you choose to cancel within this period you will receive a refund of the price within 30 days, if:

  • You have not completed (or attempted to complete) the course and any tests
  • The 14 -day cooling off period begins from the day you made the purchase.
  • Once your access to the paid course has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course or take part in any tests.

When and how we issue refunds

  • Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these Terms, we will issue such refund or cancellation within 30 days of our receipt of the refund or cancellation request email with the order number to
  • If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you to the account used by you to pay for the Product(s).

Reimbursement of the course fee for candidates placed through us

  • Nurses who have successfully completed placement though us (NHS) can get full reimbursement of the fee paid for online CBT training.
  • The reimbursement will be made if:-
    • The candidate successfully completes placement and commences employment at an NHS Hospital or Private Nursing Home in the UK through us and
    • The candidate sends their invoice for CBT Training undergone along with the offer letter to within 30 days of the training start date
  • We will issue the refund within 30 days of receipt of the invoice and offer letter.
