About Us
Our Story
Nationwide Care was founded in 2019 in a place of fear and anxiety – at the time of uncertainty,
coming shortly the Brexit, outbreak of Covid-19, the Hospitals under pressure as general beds fill up
patients - leaving people waiting hours longer than they should for emergency help in A&E or for a
bed in a nursing home, staffing shortages costing lives and nurses leaving the nursing field because
of overwhelming stress. “We have seen it first hand, we are frontline and hands -on nurses”.
The opportunity of action could not be ignored any longer, collectively as nurses we questioned whether we can do more. "Henceforth, Nationwide Care Recruitment was born, led by solely qualified specialist healthcare professionals, making us totally relevant to today’s market.
Our Philosophy
To provide a solution focusing on the gapping within the nursing workforce demand and to increase
the number of people that can be cared in their community in order to ease some of the demand on
hospitals and care homes. This cannot solely be achieved by the NHS, but must be delivered in
partnership together.
We seek to lead the way to keep hope alive in every community in laying out a roadmap for enabling and delivering quality care to people, whether this is in the hospitals, care homes or at home in their community “Where the heart is” keeping hope and positivity alive.
Our approach will enable us to develop deeper and trusted relationships with our clients and deliver diverse solutions by drawing on our wider capabilities, benefiting people of all ages, reflecting the specific needs of all groups from young people through to older people.
